Yep. I did the same thing. So most of my team has close to the same spread. Which is mostly speed. Not a big deal for in game trainers and stuff....
Battling random Pokemon gives EVs depending on what it is. Like seaking gives 2 attack EVs. So you just maxed them out in a random EV spread....
