"For tonight, if that's okay," he said. "I'll be gone in the morning."
She looked over at him. "Of course."
He tilted his head. "You okay?"
She brought food back after a few seconds, settling next to him.
She nodded slowly as there was a knock on the door. "That's the food," she said, standing up.
The train pulled into Sylvaele late that night and Ferris looked down at Fleur, shaking her gently. "We're here, Fleur."
