She checked to make sure that he was asleep before stopping, lying next to him and wrapping her arms around his waist, falling asleep soon after.
She rolled her eyes almost playfully before stretching out and resting her head on her arm, closing her eyes.
"I'll follow you," she said quietly, leaning down and planting a few kisses on the nape of his neck. "You should sleep, though."
She laughed slightly, turning on her side to look at him. "Neither do I."
She focused on his shoulders after a while. "Sleep if you can, Warns."
She paused before turning her head to look at him. "Don't try to relate to the youth, Grandfather."
She smiled to herself, pressing her palm down his spine slowly, her fingers brushing past his skin. "I'm glad you think so."
"It should be for you too. You're old. You're an elder. Senile, really."
She nodded, sitting up again and placing her hands on his back, beginning to rub his shoulders and back gently, working away any tenseness.
"That's annoying," she said with a small laugh.
She laughed lightly, pressing her hands against his chest as she pulled back slightly. "I want to rub your back."
"I'm not sure. 20, ish?"
She sat next to him on the bed, rubbing his back slowly.
He would hear the slight smile in her voice. "Just making conversation. I thought you were younger."

She pursed her lips, frowning. "I'm 22."
She rolled her eyes, standing up and coming over to him, closing the door behind her.
"Dion, how old are you?"
"Am I coming with you?" she asked, amused.
She unrolled it with a small nod of thanks, lying on her back and adjusting to get more comfortable.
