She looked really nervous, tucking her hair behind her ear before gesturing at Zad. "Okay. Go ahead."
"I tried to make some things," he mused. "But once I lost my eyes, it became... difficult."

He nodded, leaning back in his pillows.
She nodded, gesturing with her head.

She pursed her lips, considering this. "I don't know. Both, I guess?"

"Yeah," she said distractedly. "I want to see if I can defend myself."
He paused before opening his arms for her.
She paused for a moment before reaching out and patting his cheek gently. "Hey, Zaddy. I missed you. Can you attack me?"
