They flew for hours before finally she would see Icarus on the horizon.

The heavy lid shut above her and Mo was muttering to himself. "Alright. Buckle in."

"Does he even eat?"
He raised one eyebrow. "Well?"

"Should we wake up Sariel?" she mused, looking down at the sleeping angel.
The pod was where she had left it. Mo scuttled in first, familiarizing himself with the controls once again, and Eli looked at her with resignation.
