She frowned, raising an eyebrow. “Why do you have to control how I take my coffee?”
“Okay. What does a fancy dinner entail?”
He came back over to her, fully clothed. “You haven’t.”
“Like the vampire?”
She laughed slightly under her breath, leaning down and giving him a deep kiss. “Good. Keep your schedule open, alright?”
She looked up at him. “Yes...?”
“That’s true...” he acknowledged thoughtfully.
“Not at all.”
“Who asks you?”
“Probably,” she said playfully, pulling her hair back in a ponytail. “I might stop by tonight. Will you be busy?”
“Twelve sugars, please.”
“I could! We could eat it before Eli came back.”
He gasped playfully, pulling on a shirt. “No.”
“What do you think?”
“It’s all objective,” she maintained, slipping off of him and standing up. “I can acknowledge that you’re a hot dude.”
“Thank you,” she said gratefully.
“Should I make you a fancy dinner?”
“So you can’t see it.”
