She released a breath and kissed his cheek quickly. "Thank you. That would be great."
She feigned innocence. "Hm. I'm not sure. You have anything in mind?"
"Thank you for having me. I'm really glad to meet Avice's family."
"Right."
"But you could look over my sister?"
"An hour, huh?"
He hesitated slightly. "It's, uh... it's kind of a long story."
"Your abilities."
She looked speechless with gratitude. "You can just choose that?"
"But when is it?"
"It's so beautiful. She's put so much work into it."
"Show your stuff."
She looked like she didn't know what to say. "You'll watch over her?"
She beamed, her thumb brushing his cheekbone. "When's your next class?"
