He grinned before wrapping his arms and legs around her.

He kissed the top of her head as they walked through the dark.
Her forehead rested against the side of his neck. James gurgled, reaching up and tugging on Poppy's hair. "I do have to go, though..."
"Big mistake. You've left your guard down."
"Does everyone have a job?"
He planted a small kiss on her forehead. "I'm flattered. C'mon. Let's go to the park."
She dimpled, her free hand cupping the back of his neck. "I love you," she told him sincerely. "I really, really love you."

"Builders?" she asked curiously.
