She kissed his cheek before standing up, picking up the babies.
He squinted at her. "I've been to one before and I just wore a shirt and pants."
Poppy shifted awake, murmuring slightly. She looked around blearily before sitting up.
"Of course."
If he looked around, he would see that Diana and James were also asleep.
"Sure. Why not?"
She exhaled slowly, falling back asleep.
"A ceremony? With the dancing?" he asked, lying back in his pillows.
She closed her eyes again, burying her face in his neck.
He laughed, pulling her close. "We can make it cool."
"It's a nice hotel."
She was quiet for a second. "I love you."
"I'm not totally sure. I've never been to one. As far as I know, it's a ceremony where you sign a piece of paper."
They approached the hotel, and Jack looked up at it. "When did we arrive?"
"My reaction is that I'm okay with it," she said, turning her face into his neck.
"It truly depends on the couple. I've never heard of an elf and a siren getting married."
Gray barked, jumping up on him again.
"You should be."
