He frowned for a moment before going back to the file cabinets, fanning through several manilla folders. "Let's see..."
Aubrey ran back towards the table, looking 100% pumped.
He flushed before pulling her forward, starting to walk again. "I am not."
"Usually?"
He emerged about ten minutes later, wearing his pajamas, his blonde hair still wet.
He squinted at them, standing up slowly. "Your contract? From five years ago?"
Aubrey looked up at her expectantly.
A small smile played on his lips. "I love you too."
"Because they're good, benevolent rabbits. Besides, you think I'm stinky and you love me."
He nodded, grabbing his pajama bottoms before heading into the bathroom.
Owen looked up as they etered his office, his eyes narrowed. "Mr. and Mrs. Craw. Can I help you?"
She stood up, heading over.
He stumbled, a little off balance, but quickly rubbed her back thoughtfully, sighing slightly.
"Uh huh. They probably know all of your inner-most thoughts."
He placed the note in his front pocket carefully before kissing the top of her head. "I'm going to go shower, okay?"
