She managed to open the door and turned to look at him. "Almost there. You can sleep on the couch," she said gently, setting him down.
"Meet on a boat."
He took it, standing up awkwardly.
She flushed, resting her head on his shoulder. "I love you too."

"Probably," he said with a shrug. "Let's go."
"Great!"
"Okay. Good. Let's, uh... I think my apartment's closer, okay?"
She frowned, tilting her head. "On a boat?"
He grinned. "Oh, good! Let's go!"
"That sounds great," she said, coming over and hugging him from behind.
She rolled her eyes before supporting him with her shoulder, trying to help him stand up.
"You know about the boat?'
"Really?" he asked, sitting up.
She sat on the counter, yawning tiredly.
"You're my best friend, and I'm not leaving you, and the more you argue about it, the more danger you put us in. Come on. How can I help you up?"
