She rolled her eyes before grabbing onto a nearby window ledge, beginning to quickly scamper down.
“Gracie lied, then.”
She gave him back the gun and the guard laid on the ground, unmoving. “Thanks.”

"I can let go and climb if you'd prefer."
"All guys do, right?"
She dimpled slightly at him and steadied the gun before leaning around the corner and shooting. A loud thud followed.
"Oh, stop that."
"You're such a cutie," she said with a laugh.
"You just seemed so excited," she teased, looking up towards the sky. "You wanted to be cooler than Spiderman and everything."
Aubrey glanced over her shoulder. "No. He might be dead, though. He wasn't snoring."
She nodded, holding the weapon. "Thank you."
He laughed, brushing her hair back.
She softly planted a few kisses on his skin, her touch warm and gentle.
She was quiet for a moment before he would hear her warm laugh in his ear. "You know, I could probably get down myself."
