She exhaled slowly, shaking her head. "It's so messed up."
"I'll just insult you constantly, then."

He flushed even deeper, laughing slightly. "Oh, geez."
Rowan's brows furrowed in his sleep and he shifted slowly.
She was quiet for a moment before wrapping her arms around his waist. "I miss them."
"It's a two-way street."

He flushed slightly, but gave her his boyish grin. "I like you too, Bee," he said quietly. "I think you're something special too."
He shifted in his sleep, groaning slightly as he buried his face into the arm of the chair.
She closed her eyes, turning her face into his neck, her curls tickling his skin. "How do you think the kids are doing?"
