"I like to grow plants and explore. What do you like to do?"
He relaxed. "Smells nice. You're a good cook."
He kissed her temple. "I don't know," he admitted. "Until you're ready to move on."
"Fine. I'm going to grab something."

She was generally quiet as they went, humming to herself at times.
"Yeah, sure."
He hesitated. "I think you just need time to heal.."
She rolled her eyes. "You're ridiculous."
"Fine. Works for me."
She squinted, looking around thoughtfully for a moment before setting off in a direction.
"All of it?"
"Yeah, but you're so much more than her." He paused before giving her a crooked smile. "I would prefer you any day."
She tilted her head with a small smile. "Fine."
"$10?"
"Sure. I mean, I'm the only one who knows about my garden so it's really going to a waste."
"Yes, please. That sounds great."
He looked at her, his brows furrowed. "You're amazing, Eden. Truly amazing."
