She leaned toward him, raising an eyebrow.
"Funny joke. I can do it too."
"Well, yeah, but.. my home and garden are two different places. It's hard to explain."
He chuckled, giving her a quick kiss.
He shied away slightly. "Just.. ever since the wings, then the college, then the forest, now this.."
She squinted at him, crossing her arms stubbornly.
"Just saying!"
"Exactly! I might live close to the tree, but generally I'm by myself."
He smiled. "It's lovely to see you too."
He shrugged, taking a seat at his desk. "I've been messing up a lot, lately. Ever since the beginning."
She looked up at him. "You just got back."
