"My home is the woods," she said slowly. "And your home is in the woods."

She wrapped her arms around him, delightfully surprised. "I love you, I love you, I love you," she said quietly under her breath, her grip warm.
"Should your lunch be leftovers too?"

Her shoulders slumped as he closed the door, holding the locket that rested close to her heart.
"Sure. That's fine."
There was a silence for a moment, obvious hesitance hanging in the air. "I don't want to."
"Did you say cording?"
She nodded, watching him carefully, her hands folded.
