Avice raised an eyebrow before shaking her head and gathering rope to take back under the deck.
He chuckled, putting an arm around her. "I've missed you."
She moved closer, whispering in his ear.
Her gaze shifted between her and Jack, and gave a small, uncomfortable wave back.

Avice didn't face her, but glanced over once before continuing on.
He laughed. "Bread as blankets?"
"Other things."

She squinted at him. "You better kiss me right now."
She sighed, turning back to the window.
"I don't want to risk it.."
She smiled, kissing him again.
