She wiped it away before grinning. "You're mistaken. It's war paint."
"I.. It's just built up over so long.. It was a mistake.."
He smiled, saying nothing.
She tilted her head, brushing back her hair and getting a smudge of dirt on her forehead. "Usually meaner ones?"
"I destroyed the college."
He chuckled. "You're mine."
"Is that not a good word?'
"The college.. It was me."
"Yeah."
