She was observing him, her expression calm and gentle.
She smiled, kissing the back of his hand.
He chuckled. "I didn't know that."
She gave him another quick kiss before relaxing.
She offered her hand. "Your company sounds lovely."
Francis cocked his head. "Huh?"
She pulled away after a moment, a wide grin on her face.
She shrugged. "Nothing. I'm gonna head down to the market, okay?"
They both smiled. It looked similar. Eliza spoke. "Thank you."
A glint of fierceness came into her eye and she leaned forward to kiss him deeply.
"I see," she murmured before standing up. "Interesting."
She grinned. "I see."
She laughed delightedly, pulling them away.
"Burders?" she asked back, raising an eyebrow.
"Did he now?"
She looked at his face, squishing his cheeks.
She rolled her eyes. "Yeah. I'm positive."
"I have, but that's why?'
"You liar!"
