She squeezed his hand. "You slept."

She smiled slightly, leaning forward to kiss his forehead. "I'm real."
"Just acknowledge it so I feel better."
"If you hurt yourself, I'm not going to talk to you."
She blinked. "Should I not be?"
"Don't burp."
"I'm serious."
She was watching him, half her face covered by the blanket. "Good morning."
"Don't burp at them. "
"I don't know. Just dont.."
Her eyes fluttered, and she looked at him with a gentle smile.
"Don't. Our waiter has been good."
"Jack. Don't."
Tez was still asleep the next morning. She had shifted closer to him in sleep, but not uncomfortably so.
