"I always make sure to tell her a lot," he replied, before turning to Poppy and kissing her cheek. "Love you."
She hesitated before slipping an arm around his waist. "I never planned for any, but y'know. People change their mind."

"I usually just tell her I love her. The other one is her thing."
She seemed thoughtful before kissing his cheek. "You'd think we would name our next child Human or something. If that were to be."
