"Where is Boba?" *** "Ugh."
"It's what I know."
Tez was distracted by Mikö, she smoothed the bed sheets before relaxing again.
"Val, please!" *** "I think you're lying."
"I wouldn't. I love you more than anyone else."
Tez hummed lowly, her voice as smooth as the fog that would roll over the ocean in early mornings. It would be enchanting to some.
"Well.. I think we're soulmates."
She hesitated. "Lies?"
"You're bad at not pressuring people. For shame."
Tez moved forward to rest her forehead on the edge of bed. "Mikö.. Why'd it have to be you that got sick? I care more for you than anyone else...
"Because we are soulmates."
"Yeesh."
Tez never seemed to stray too far, but eventually she leaned her head back to rest a bit.
"Hm.. You're pretty much right. You know me well."
He frowned slightly, glancing at her. "I won't! I promise!"
"I love you more." *** "You frown when you're happy..?"
Tez stayed with Mikö when she could, only leaving if she had to. She usually sat in a chair, her head in her hand.
She couldn't help but smile slightly. "..Shhhhh."
He started the car. "I promise I won't. Jeez."
