She rolled her eyes, moving and sitting in the armchair. "I don't want to sleep!"
He nodded, somewhat relieved. "It does. And you're going today?"
She watched Nugget. "He is innocent."
"Jack," she said warmly, "I do understand. Maybe you should sit and relax?"
"I can't really help it.."
"Uh huh," she said sarcastically. "Sure."
She smiled, taking his hands and trading places with him. "Maybe you should sit down?"
He sighed, running his hand through his hair. "As long as you're safe."
"I was gone for a second!"
She laughed, her nose crinkling. "You're not hurting the baby. You kinda just seem like you're panicking."
He didn't say anything for a moment, but sighed. "You'll be quick, yeah?"
She patted the dogs head, pouring more water. "Surely not."
She laughed. "Baby, I can walk. I feel just fine. It's just a bit of morning sickness lately."
His brows furrowed. "Don't worry.. It'll blow over. I'm sure you've done enough to deal with a 100 of those messes."
She laughed, pouring water over the dogs head while gently covering his eyes. "That's not true."
"Babe," she said pleadingly. "I can cook. It will probably be one of the few things I can do!"
