"That's not true, but I'm not breaking up with you."
She laughed. "You're pretty attractive too, by the way."
He sighed, staying with her for a bit longer.
She turned to kiss him. "Shush."
She turned to him, a grin crossing her face. "I'm joking with you.'
"I love you too," he replied gently. "Sleep well."
"I'm not breaking up with you!"
She flipped her hair, slipping her hand out of his. "I don't need a man to tell me I'm attractive."
He nodded, kissing her cheek. "I will. You too."
"I did not! That was all you."
She opened her mouth to speak, then crossed her arms. "Then perish."
He shook his head, gently pushing her back down. "Alright fine," he said, "just lay down."
"That's true.."
"You don't love me enough to share tea," she pressed, a teasing grin on her face.
He shook his head. "No Poppy. I'll be quick, okay?"
She laughed. "He's my dog, too!"
