He nodded slowly. "I'm going to get you some medicine, okay?"
"I doubt it," she said, reaching her hand down and petting the dog.
"You have the audacity to kiss me and then not share tea?"
"I don't mind," he said, his tone uncertain. "Do you need anything?"
"He looks happy."
"You'll share the tea with me at least?"
"I'm not mad," he reassured. "Are you comfortable?"
"Real desperate."
She chuckled. "I love you."
Francis sighed and sat by her feet, petting Tom.
She glanced at Nugget. "I'm sure."
She kissed his cheek. "I feel fine. I don't need tea."
Francis frowned, before heading downstairs towards Tom.
"I was not planning for this."
She nodded, pulling her cloak tighter around her. "Yep. You?"
He frowned worriedly, before moving to look around.
She chuckled. "Maybe I did."
