She went to him, going to wrap her arms around him, but hesitating. "I think you're brain is admirable and lovely."

He took her hand. "Stay with me."

Callie smiled. "Lovely."
"Please don't."
She winced for a moment, her grip tightening. "I'm.. I'm sorry I made you cross. I didn't mean to."
She smiled, but kept her hand out carefully.
"No. I've never been more offended. Honestly."
Her voice silent for a moment, before she spoke lowly. "I killed him."
She didn't move, her lips pursed nervously.
He rolled his eyes. "Can't you see it on my expression?"
