He smiled, kissing her cheek. "Should we get to that bed frame now?"

A bit later, her eyes fluttered, and she shifted. "Hmm?"
He kissed the corner of her mouth. "I love you.:
She turned up the radio slightly, cocking her head. "I'm excited."

"But we like each other now. That's all that matters."
"Yeah." She nodded. "Let's go there."
It didn't take long for her to fall asleep, her breaths shallowing.
"It's lovely," he agreed. "I'm glad we're together."
She cocked her head. "Whichever one could have him."
She sighed, her shoulders relaxing as she shut her eyes, starting to drift off.
He nodded, pulling her into his lap. "Of course you do. I love you more than anything."
She grinned, following along back to the car.
She went to him with uncertainty, her arms loosely wrapping around his waist as she rested her head on his shoulder.
