She shook her head, dipping her fingers in the water. "Today has been so terrible, and it's my fault. Now.. Now we're leaving."
He cocked his head. "Do you want to? I'll get rid of all these old sheets.."
Her blushed deepened. "Stop that."
She couldn't help but laugh slightly, looking down. "God.."
He blinked. "Worth it."
She blushed slightly. "All I'm wearing is your shirt.."
She glanced at him, a bit nervous. "I didn't mean what I said earlier. I wasn't thinking and I'm sorry."
He grinned, heading over to the next piece of furniture and gingerly pulling it off.
She nodded, before pausing. "I don't have normal clothes."
She opened her hand to him, cocking her head.
He leaned down to kiss her forehead. "Let's see the rest."
"A dog!"
She moved towards the rowboat, her expression unreadable.
He kissed her cheek, before standing up. "You're silly."
"Right," she agreed, before her eyes widening. "We need a dog!"
She took it, her hands a bit shaky. "No," she agreed. "It wouldn't."
He kissed her cheek. "It really is."
"I'm okay with it."
She nodded, her voice half joking and quiet when she spoke. "How would we take care of each other if we were far away?"
