He nodded, taking his key. "Exploration?"
She smiled softly, his words seemingly calming her. "I did?"
"Obviously." *** "Give me your bagels!"
"NVVH," he agreed. "I like it."
"Do you still not?"
He nodded. "Yes.." *** "I'm being attacked!"
"Sure. It's our not-vacation vacation house."
"Kind of," she said, hesitance in her voice. "I understand if you don't."
He paused, thinking about his words. "Hm.. I really like you too." *** She gasped in surprise. "You monster!"
He glanced at her. "Is it okay?"
"Yeah," she said quietly. "I really do."
"I'm cross with you. You tease me this way." *** She squinted at him before standing on her toes to look through the cabinets.
Francis cocked his head. "Hm. Nice."
She couldn't help but smile. "I think we're soulmates."
He squinted, crossing his arms stubbornly. "Shush." *** She looked back, a bright grin on her face as she ran into the kitchen.
