"I'll be okay," he reassured. "Don't worry."
She looked up at him, opening her mouth to say something before shutting it, shaking her head.
He laughed. "Totally." *** She gasped dropping the remote in surprise. "Hey!"
He frowned, looking up at her. "Okay.. let's go then."
She sighed, looking down. "Okay."
He nodded. "Right!" *** She glared at him. "I'm leaving after this, and I'm taking your shirt with me."
He sighed heavily, sitting back on the couch without another word.
She went silent, though her voice small when she spoke. "Okay."
He laughed. "Exactly." *** "Uggghh."
He nodded. "Okay."
She hesitated. "But do you forgive me?"
"Yep, but at least there will be furniture." *** "I can't believe you."
He laughed slightly. "Oh. Sorry."
She hesitated, putting an arm around him in a side-hug. "I'm sorry."
He nodded solemnly. "Most likely." *** "Bullying!"
"Where are you going?" he asked curiously.
"No."
He laughed. "A little." *** She pressed against him to counter. "Ugh. You're heavy."
"Okay," he replied. "Okay."
