He beamed. "I'm glad you like it."
She sighed, watching him with furrowed brows. "Me too. I'm overreacting."
"Not much." *** "Yes it is."
He chuckled. "I won't."
A look of frustration crossed her face. "I don't know! It was just.. there was blue magic. It... I don't know."
He nodded. "Sounds good." *** She shook her head. "Me."
"That's different," he said, pouring himself some wine and sitting down with the plate. "It just is."
She seemed startled by his sudden movement. "Um.. I don't know. There was this blue magic.."
His hand brushed her neck. "Good. Good." *** "Who's the teacher here?"
He gasped, setting down tea and her plate. "I do not."
She folded her arms, looking nervous. "I don't know. Mages were there.. Magic."
He blinked. "Val?" *** "Hmph. Me."
He chuckled. "I do. Luckily, I also have wine. Which is pretty great."
She hesitated, pulling her knees to her. "Yeah. For real this time."
