She looked down at her own clothes, before looking up at him nervously. "Can I borrow one of your shirts?"
"It's not lame to not hurt." *** "It's not gonna hurt us."
"The side that doesn't beat people up?" *** She looked at him. "No, it's not attacking it or anything."
"I'm. Well, I'll be sure not to throw any parties then, okay?"
She took his hand, taking a breath. "I'm sorry I hurt you."
He laughed brightly. "I know.' *** "But it can't cause the glass."
He sighed, rolling his eyes. "No fair."
She held on tightly, her fingers grasping his collar as if she were afraid if letting go.
He frowned. " Why not?" *** She grinned. " It's so cool!"
He groaned dramatically. "What? None?"
"I'm tired," She said quietly, her voice barely audible.
He squeezed it reassuringly. "Don't do it, then?' *** She grinned. "I love it."
"I know you will."
Her hand settled on the back of his neck, her fingers brushing his hair. "Okay."
"That sounds mean.." *** She nodded. "Yeah!"
He took her hand. "It's alright. I know not to have parties."
