"Good enough," she laughed, taking them off and putting them back on him carefully. *** "Yeah. Let's."
He took a breath. "Soon, though."
She covered her face, a soft sob escaping her. "Please don't be scared of me."
She grinned at him, leaning closer we he could see her. "How do I look?" *** He seemed surprised, but looked at her. "I know.."
He hesitated. "Really?"
She looked up at him, her eyes wide. She seemed hesitant to touch him. "I- Um. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry."
"I think it's cool." *** "I.. Okay."
"I'm sorry."
She covered her face. "Oh God. I hurt you. I'm sorry. I didn't.."
She put them on, her eyes wide. "Woah." *** He hesitated. "Um.."
She released a single sob, before looking down, her eyes wide with terror. "S-Sorry.. I'm sorry. Sorry. I didn't mean to.. I'm sorry."
She shook her head. "No I won't." *** He blinked before flustering with a frightened look. "Oh my God! I'm so sorry!"
She had fear in her eyes as tears pricked the corners, shaky hands covering her mouth to silence any noise she made.
She pursed her lips. "Can I try on your glasses?" *** He was hesitant, looking at her nervously before he mustered the courage to lean forward...
She laughed brightly at first before her expression twitched, and it turned a bit fearful. She gasped, and it became fierce before she moved...
She smiled at him, folding her hands. "I am enjoying it, by the way." *** He raised an eyebrow, a grin forming.
"I.. I don't think I can switch. I'd rather keep the business job."
"Jack!" she warned, a nervous smile crossing her face.
She laughed. "Are you enjoying the change of subject?" *** He glanced at her, a small grin on his face.
He frowned. "Like to what? At this point I don't have that many options."
