Landon's eyes fluttered, and the first thing he felt was the hang over. He frowned and looked around, only to shriek when it was Val next to him.
She rolled her eyes. "Name the spot, then."
"This is confusing."
He turned a bit, mumbling softly in his sleep.
She raised an eyebrow. "You didn't."
"It can get... worrisome."

There was silence, then shuffling. A moment later she called again. "Okay. All done."
He shrugged. "You know what I mean."
He didn't mind the action, and fell asleep soon after, his own arm wrapping around her.
She flushed, but laughed nonetheless. "Close your eyes."
"It'll be soon! Don't worry."
"Goodnight, Val," he replied softly. "Sleep well."
She rolled her eyes and folded the note in half. "Then it's not a pleasant surprise."
He looked around. "I'm excited to get back home."
He joined her, pulling off his own coat as he relaxed under the blanket.
"That's the secret part!"
He chuckled. "Let's go."
He grinned. " Great!"
