He knelt down and took his out, laying it next to hers.
"I knew you existed then, Curnow. I really did."
He looked tired. "I know."
He rolled his eyes, but nodded. "Yeah."
She kissed his jaw again, her hand holding his shirt collar. "Before I joined the ship?"
He frowned again. "just... I don't know."
He chuckled. "We can if you want."
She squinted at him, her eyes bright. "Only for you."
