She sighed contentedly, and eventually drifted off.
He watched her go before changing into pajamas, and laying back in bed.
She cocked her head. "Don't feel down, Arlo! Everything will work out!"
He nodded. "Alright."
"Eh," Callie murmured. "Maybe that's why they're soulmates."
She gently took his hand, and rested her head on the bed, shutting her eyes tiredly.
He stood and took her hand, following her to the room.
She cocked her head. "They seem like opposites."
Avice went to the infirmary, quietly opening the door and closing it behind her. She sat on the floor next to the bed and watched him.
He murmured softly. "Yeah. Sounds good."
She hesitated. "He was angry," she admitted. "He doesn't like to be angry, though. He understood after a small argument."
She took his hand and stood, giving thanks. "Okay. I will.. Thank you."
His eyes fluttered. "Hmm?"
Callie glanced at him. "I can understand.. It's hard."
Avice looked up, her expression hopeful. "Well?"
He shifted, sighing softly in his sleep.
She chuckled, cocking her head. "True."
