She took his hand, and pulled him off to wander.
"Shouldn't love conquer hate?" he questioned, raising an eyebrow.
"Okay. If you think so."
Avice dumped the potatoes in the compost and washed off her hands. "Should we look around?"
"But I'm your fiance!"
"Well," he said. "It's debatable."
She nodded. "Sounds stressful."
He squinted at her. "We'll see."
He chuckled. "It's okay."
"A considerable amount," she replied. "You must do a lot of reading to be a doctor?"
"Except you won't do that. Right?"
He shrugged, opening the car door. "I guess."
"It's quiet," she replied. "And there are a lot of books."
He grinned. "But I will."
"They don't have to be with that person," he said. "It's just good to know."
She shot him a smile. "I'm glad you think so."
