He shrugged. "Maybe? I used to fix cars, but bikes are different."
"Well, we're kissing now," he pointed out, "so maybe you didn't mind as much."
She watched him carefully, before looking away. "Okay. If you say so.. You'll come after you're done, right?"
He hesitated. "Nothing that can't be fixed!"
He grinned, nuzzling her neck softly. "I know that."
She sighed in frustration. "I can work, Jack."
Landon nodded, looking towards the ground. "Yeah. That sounds like a good idea."
He kissed her jaw, turning over slightly. "Still second place."
She glanced at him. "It's not a broken leg."
He squinted. ".. Yes."
He pulled her down with him, his arms wrapping around her. "Second place."
"This isn't a broken leg, Jack," she replied, her voice sharper than she intended. "I'm being dramatic."
He shrugged. "I got lost."
He seemed surprised, his eyes wide. "Um.. Not much."
She shook her head. "I'll be fine."
He pulled his off. "You can use mine. I'll just look like a visitor."
He was quiet for a moment. "It's what you get for calling my butt cute. Now I get to see your cute butt."
She continued to turn the offer away. "I'm fine. I'll be fine."
