He sighed, shaking his head. "Ok, fine."
"You asked for it," he teased, his grin wide.
She grinned, her hand brushing his cheek as she observed him before turning to look at the map. "Messy handwriting."
He shook his head with a smile. "Or you could just.. lay down. Like a normal person."
He laughed brightly. "Fantastic!"
She laughed softly, kissing his jaw. "I love you."
He nodded, going to grab some clothes. "Yeah. I'll be quick."
"Nuh uh," he said, "you have to say with more enthusiasm!"
"Wow," she said, smiling slightly. "Aren't you the most charming?"
He smiled slightly. "Okay. If you say so."
He rolled his eyes. "Then say "I'm an optimist," out loud."
She wrapped her arms around him, her touch gentle. "Thanks then."
He frowned slightly. "Are you okay?"
She laughed softly, brushing her hands through his hair. "As long as you don't kill me, I'll be okay."
"Fine," he answered smoothly. "Training?"
He squinted at her. "Thats a lie."
She smiled, her head tilting slightly. " Is that so?"
He nodded, his fingers running through her hair. "Sounds good."
"It's obvious you're a pessimist," he told her.
