"Oh god," he murmured. "What if we're just crazy conspiracists?"
Avice watched carefully before joining, her arms crossed uncomfortably.
He laughed slightly. "Probably a good idea, honestly."
"It's like the truth is just.. some big secret."
Avice pointed her thumb. "Over there."
He laughed sarcastically. " Thats true."
He was quiet after that, tilting his head up to look at the sky. "This whole thing is weird."
"I don't know, but they informed us."
He smiled at her. "It's okay. It's not your fault."
"Hm.. I'm sure it'll be fine."
Avice turned. "I think the younger ones are on our side."
"Not as much," he told her. " I'll be fine."
He frowned. "Neither do you."
