"I love you," he replied, heading for the door. "See you."
"I'm not answering that."
He stood up, his head tilted slightly. "I'll be back after, okay? With Finn."
"Hm," she murmured. "I don't think so."
He kissed her again, and sighed reluctantly. "Yeah. I do."
She pursed her lips. "Obviously."
He grinned at her, his eyes bright. "I love you too."
"No," she said. "I must have done something good."
He laughed. "I'm certain."
She paused. "What did I do to deserve you?"
He grinned, his hand resting on her back. "Positive."
Her head cocked slightly, and a bright grin crossed her face. "I love you."
"Nope," he said firmly, shaking his head. "Not making it up."
She smiled, her fingers brushing through his hair. "Everything?"
He pursed his lips. "Facts are facts."
She laughed softly. "Of course! I've always felt that way around you."
He nodded. "Way smarter."
"Because," she replied simply, "being around you is like taking a breath of fresh air."
"Of course not," he teased, brushing her fingers through her hair gently. "They're the smartest."
She sighed, tilting her head for him. "I feel the same.. It's refreshing."
