She frowned, her head tilting slightly.
She turned her head to look up at him. "You shouldn't stay up just for me."
"We both know that's not true," he sang.
She crossed her arms and raised an eyebrow, obviously not believing him.
"A little," she admitted. "Are you?"
He grinned. "But you love me!"
"Well maybe since you're so picky, I don't want to be friends anymore."
She smiled, reaching for him. "I'm glad I said it too."
"Then I'm not sorry," he teased, brushing back her hair.
"So.." she began, "is our friendship still going?"
"Of course I do!"
He kissed her jaw. "Sorry then."
Her eyes brightened. "They're my second favorite!"
She nodded. "Okay. Are you sleeping with me?"
"Hmph. Probably not."
She frowned. "What? What's the problem? Do you like big dogs? I like big dogs, but Pomeranians will always be first."
She smiled, stretching slightly before laying down. "Good."
"You don't have to pull over," he said. "Just ignore!"
"Hmm," she murmured. "I like all dogs, but I think Pomeranians are really cute."
