Avice shifted slightly, but still didn't awaken.
Landon nodded. "Yeah," he said. "I'll do that." *** She tilted her head. "What do you mean?'
He looked at her. "Of course. Are you okay?"
Avice didn't wake up yet. She slept soundly next to him, hinting she didn't have any nightmares.
"It's really weird," she said, putting her hands in her pockets. "That's probably super rare."
"I know," he said softly, applying the cloth to the cut. "It's probably easier if someone else does it."

He clicked through the pictures, showing her the ones he took. He took quite a bit, but seemed unsatisfied with most, even if they looked good....
He frowned. "Here," he said, taking the cloth, "let me."
