She returned the look, her eyes weary despite the sleep, though the words seemed to brighten them a bit. "I love you too."
Landon chuckled cheerfully. "I suppose this is a good sort of crazy thing."
He nodded. "Yeah," he said. "I'm tired."
"You don't need to apologize," she said quietly, sitting up and pulling her legs closer to her before hugging them. "It's not your fault."
"We are," Callie confirmed, tilting her head slightly as Landon placed a hand on her shoulder. "Isn't that a coincidence?"
He grinned. "I'm glad you think so."
"No," she murmured softly. "It's okay."
Callie chuckled nervously, and Landon looked up from the photos. "Right?"
"Nope," he said. "Cause it's you."
She sighed, though it was mostly out of stress. "I'm sorry."
"Perspective can make similar places look different," he said, a bit embarassed. "And I kinda went to a lot of places."
She pulled away from his touch slightly. "No, not really."
He laid out various different photographs on the table. They all depicted people who were supposedly not meant to be soul mates.
She turned to face him, moving close again. "Bad dream.."
"Sometimes," he responded, raising an eyebrow. "Only for one person, though."

"Sorry," she murmured, obviously a little frightened as she went back down. "I'm sorry."
