She frowned, looking down. "I'm sorry.."
His brows furrowed. "I am.. are you?"
"I guess I can do that because I love you."
She frowned. "But, Jack, I do love you. I love you lots and lots."
He nodded, tilting his head slightly before kissing her again. "We've got it figured out."
"I know," he said, chuckling. "You can be terrifying."
She kissed his cheek, her hands gently resting on his shoulders. "I know, I'm sorry. I love you, though."
He watched her thoughtfully. "I'll type up the materials?"
"I'm glad." He smiled. "Except that last part."
She couldn't help but break into a grin. "Just playing."
"Alright, good," he said. "I'll do that."
He took his own bag, pulling out pajamas. "I hope today was okay."
She looked up at him, a sad frown on her face. "You were mean to me."
"Yeah," he said. "Do you want me to do some experiments tomorrow?"
He brushed back his hair. "We should probably get changed."
She sniffed again, her eyes meeting the floor as she wiped away a forced year. "You teased me.."
"I think that's a good idea," he said. "Let's try that."
"I know," he said quietly, opening the door. "I love you."
