She moved her head to look up at him. "You are? I'm happy to be with you, too."
"You're welcome," he said, shooting back a grin.
He exhaled slightly, his hands resting on her back. "I've missed you."
"Fantastic," she said with a grin, turning her face toward him, her voice muffled slightly. "That's good."
"Alright," he said with a shrug. "You do you."
He brushed back her hair, holding her close.
She tilted her head. "Did that help?"
"Why? Because you didn't seem embarrassed?" he asked teasingly.
He smiled against her lips. "I love you."
She raised a finger, and without a word, wrapped her arms around him, kissing his cheek lightly. "I love you more than anything."
"Much better," he said with a nod. "You're welcome."
"Great," he said, his hand on her waist. "I'm glad."
She smiled, blushing slightly as he spoke. "Alright, fine," he replied, leaning over to kiss him.
"That's all there is to it!"
"I'm sure," he said. "Is that okay with you?"
She pursed her lips, before sighing. "Alright. How can I heal you?"
"Yes it is," he said. "Just smile and say thank you."
"Probably with you," he said. "Closer to the park, and stuff."
"There we go!" She grinned. "All solved."
He laughed, shaking his head. "Compliments are easy."
