She stifled a quick chuckle. "Bless you."
"Mostly ideas, some caring." He nodded. "Okay, I see."
She rested her head on her hand, excited for the day.
"I'm sure that's not true," he said. "Obviously you care."
He kissed her cheek, turning to watch the birds twittering above them. "Would you rather live in a city or the countryside?"

"I'm not as creative as you," he admitted. "I don't have anything at the moment."
"Thank you," he said. "Try your hardest."
"Nope. You said so yourself. Go do serious things."
He looked at them thoughtfully. "Which one do you think you'll want to do?"
"You're still bit supposed to forget. You're even the one who decided the month."
"Unfortunately," she said. "Now you have to work."
"Sure," he said, inwardly relieved that she'd asked. "Thanks."
"Tsk tsk." He shook his head. "Shame on you."
She kissed him deeply, mentally counting the time. She may have gone over a second or two before pulling away.
"I don't know," he admitted. "I have no idea."
He frowned. "I thought you said you wouldn't?"
"I know," she told him, kissing his nose, "just five more seconds?"
He backed off, clicking his pencil. "That's smart."
