She watched his actions quietly, her head tilted in thought as she observed.
"I won't," he said stubbornly, crossing his arms.
"It's not fair. I hate her," he said, obviously referring to Vivienne.
She grinned, her eyes bright. "I'm glad."
"I cannot."
"Six months is so long," he said. "It's hard to believe."
"Good," she said. "I hope your time with me is good."
"I will," he said. "I can't be all three."
"I don't know," she said. "I suppose not. Do you hate it?"
"Maybe," he said. "Not with me, though."
