"That'd be weird," he said. "I don't think we are."
"I'm teasing you," she said with a grin. "I just think it's funny."
"True," he said. "It's good, though."
"What with the apologizing, stubborness and stuff. You know?"
"I was talking about your defeat," she said. "You probably only want to keep our love a secret so you can avoid the bet on proposal."
"Well," he murmured, "everyone has their quirks."
"You're stubborn too, you know." He crossed his arms. "We're a bit alike in some ways."
"I know the truth," she said. "Don't worry, I won't share your secret."
"Yes," he said, his expression turning playful. "I didn't take you for someone who would stereotype."
