"You're so smart," she said. "That's another thing I love about you."
He grinned, kissing the side of her neck. "I love you."
"Oh yeah? Make a guess about me and I'll tell you if you're right or wrong."
"Ah!" She grinned brightly. "Perfect! Good thinking!"
"Everyone, huh?" he asked, putting his arms around her torso. "That's a lot of people."
"Is that so?" he asked. "What if you're wrong?"
"Hmm," she murmured. "Somewhere that supplies ammunition. As for how, I'm not sure."
"Hmm," he murmured. "I like to think I'm the lucky one. I get to be with you."
"I suppose I'll have to believe you this time," he said. "Just this once."
She smiled, her eyes loving. "Amazing."
"No," he replied. "Only because I love you."
"I'm going to have to disagree with you. She's been hiding her true self."
"Good," she said, kissing his cheek. "The perfect family."
He grinned, kissing her again. "It's true."
"I don't believe it," he said.
"Amazing," she said. "Our bird children will be proud of us."
